Meetings

Our Trustees typically meet on the second Tuesday of each calendar month at 7:30 pm in the Fox. We totally appreciate how most people will dread meetings like this and so every effort is made to ensure our meetings last between 30 and no more than 60 minutes. Our aim isn't to make this the only thing you do with your evening! Our constitution allows us to meet electronically and we manage a substantial amount of our workload via WhatsApp between meetings.

Each of our monthly meetings starts with an Open Forum during which anyone can raise issues for Trustees. We aim to provide answers then and there if possible, but of course the more technical queries might taken longer to address. Please bear with us, we are all unpaid volunteers and, despite what you may believe, have lives outside of the Community Association. 

NOTE: You do not need to be physically present to take part in the Open Forum. If you want to send an email and have it read out, or would like to join via a video call, please contact the Chair of Trustees via email on chair-of-trustees@barhill-ca.org so we can set something up.

We try very hard to be as transparent as possible and, while not legally subject to Freedom of Information requests, every effort will be made to reply to similar requests.
