Meetings

Our Trustees typically meet on the second Tuesday of each calendar month at 7:30 pm in the Fox. We totally appreciate that most people dread meetings like this, so every effort is made to keep our meetings to between 30 and 60 minutes. Our aim isn't to make this the only thing you do with your evening! Our constitution allows us to meet electronically, and we manage a substantial amount of our workload via WhatsApp between meetings.

Each of our monthly meetings starts with an Open Forum, during which anyone can raise issues with the Trustees. We aim to provide answers on the spot when possible, but of course, more technical queries might take longer to address. Please bear with us, we are all unpaid volunteers and, despite what you may believe, have lives outside of the Community Association. 

NOTE: You do not need to be physically present to take part in the Open Forum. If you want to send an email to be read out or would like to join via a video call, please contact the Chair of Trustees at chair-of-trustees@barhill-ca.org to arrange it.

We try very hard to be as transparent as possible, and, while not legally subject to Freedom of Information requests, we will make every effort to respond to similar requests.
