This book, published by Roger Hall in 2002, details the time before the village was built, the crucial decisions leading up to its creation, as well as activities within the village between 1949 and 2001.
Roger passed away in April 2022; his roles in the village are almost too numerous to mention - he served as both a Parish and District Councillor, a governor for the local primary school and a long-time member of the Residents Association. In addition, he was one of the first Trustees of the Community Association.
In May 2023 a clock was unveiled on the Parish Council Offices in his memory.
In 2003 the Bar Hill Residents Association put together maps of the village (including all the cut-throughs) and some of the main walking paths to Lolworth and Dry Drayton.
