Fête & Festival

Stalls on the day cost £25; we discount this to £20 if paid in advance. 

For local groups, charities, and information stalls, the on-the-day price is not discounted, but if you pay in advance, this is discounted to £15, and further down to £10 if you attended last year's event. 

Food stalls are slightly more complicated and will depend on the nature of the stall. Please complete the information in our Stall Booking Form, and our team will contact you. We reserve the right to restrict the number of food stalls at the event. If you have any questions, please check out our Stalls Frequently Asked Questions.

Please Note: We already have an ice cream vendor. If you email us your details (or complete the form), we will keep them on file for future years when we review our vendors.

Stall holders should aim to arrive around midday at the village green entrance (///flickers.reach.harsh - What Three Words) by Bar Hill Village Hall. You will be met there by a steward who will walk onto the village green (by your vehicle). The fete opens around 2 pm (although access to the village green is not controlled!) and closes around 11:30.

Most stalls will start to leave around 5 - 6 pm. Please make sure you grab a marshal to help you off the green!
